Disappointed!

After reading the reviews I was expecting better. The rug is quite cheap looking and had an awful smell that is still lingering after 2 weeks. Iim glad I got it on offer with 20% off or I would have been very upset with purchase. I’m already looking for a replacement. Definitely not as thick as images shown on websites.

Sent emails never replied

2nd rug I have purchased, it is as described, good quilty, however I orded wrong size in error and sent 2 emails requesting information on how to return and reorder never got any reply, I have now given the rug away, other than the after care very good.

Great price, really pleased with rug, prompt delivery and communication

Stylish & Comfortable Shaggy Rug

Quality of this rug is perfect, soft & comfortable pile with sturdy & durable backing.
Edges are binded well and there are no signs of shedding to be seen.
The colour is a dark grey and though I usually prefer brighter, it looks rich and very serviceable against any future staining and totally amazing on our bright wooden floor in the living room.

The manufacturers definitely took good care in ensuring this lovely rug was protected well for delivery.
It even came with protective coverings that looked like shower caps over both ends of the roll.
I love that it rolled out completely flat with no marks which assured me of its quality - though it does recommend you leave flat for 24 hours to reduce curling.
Instructions also recommend using anti slip grips to ensure rug doesn't move under foot, though we haven't had the need as yet because the rug is not budging which could be down to its weight & size.
Like all rugs they come with a new smell which disappears in days.
As you will see from photo - there is a good thick pile on this rug that you can run your fingers through.

The grandchildren said it was snug & comfy to lie on but mostly they loved rolling on it : )
Because I love everything about this rug especially the comfort, I plan to get another one in a different colour for the bedroom as it feels lovely to walk on.

This Rug was well worth the price of £75 at the time /even the £99 now, for its large size and quality.
I would easily recommend this fab Shaggy Rug for any floor type and any room in the home where a bit of comfort and luxury is required.
