2nd rug I have purchased, it is as described, good quilty, however I orded wrong size in error and sent 2 emails requesting information on how to return and reorder never got any reply, I have now given the rug away, other than the after care very good.

Love the rug and the style and feel.. I now need to buy some grippers as the corners curl up which is annoying

Super fit, solid and well made, non slip backing works well on the wooden floor even when the dog leaps on it! I have the larger size and get plenty of compliments. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely designed/colour rug but watch hoovering as it fills up quickly so you need on a lower setting.
