3.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or adverse reaction arising from the use of products purchased through our website.

4. Ordering

4.1 Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only once you receive this order confirmation.

4.2 We reserve the right to refuse an order if:

  • The item is no longer available

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • There is a pricing or product description error

  • You do not meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in these terms

5. Registration

5.1 To register with www.rugsandmore.co.uk, you must be aged 18 or over.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
5.3 Our website is intended for UK mainland residents only.
5.4 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your registration if we believe you have breached any of these terms.

6. Pricing

6.1 All prices include VAT where applicable.
6.2 Prices may change at any time and are non-negotiable. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
6.3 In the event of a pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order, even if a confirmation email has been sent.

7. Cancellations, Shipping & Returns

7.1 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@rugsandmore.co.uk, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
7.2 If goods have already been dispatched, you can return them within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, to receive a full refund.
7.3 Refunds will be issued within 14 working days after the returned items are received and inspected.
7.4 Items returned in an unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund.
7.5 Any faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@rugsandmore.co.uk with clear photos of the issue.
7.6 All confirmed orders qualify for free UK shipping.

8. Service Access

While we aim to keep our website available 24/7, we are not liable if it becomes unavailable for any period. Access may be suspended temporarily without notice due to system failure, maintenance, repair, or events beyond our control.

9. Liability

9.1 We and our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this website, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, income, or profit, whether arising in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise.
