DELIVERY INFORMATION
We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to the UK on all orders.
All orders delivered within 3-5 working days Monday to Friday excluding bank or public holidays
RETURNS
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not then you can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
- For damaged or faulty goods, we will arrange a collection at no cost to you. We will then offer a replacement, an alternative, or a full refund, depending on your preference.
- Cancellation before dispatch? No problem at all! Simply send us an email, and we'll make sure it doesn't get sent out. contact us on hello@rugsandmore.co.uk. To cancel your order prior to despatch, please email us, quoting your order number, prior to despatch. If you cancel your order after goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for any return carriage charges.
- Unwanted rugs? No problem! You have 30 days to return them, no questions asked. Just send us an email—we’re quick to handle your request from our Leeds base.
- In case of defects or complaints, please e-mail hello@rugsandmore.co.uk and attach some photos of the issue.
Please send the rug back to us, ensuring your order number is included on the address label. Make sure the rug is rolled with its name and barcode (found on the label in one corner) visible. The rug should be securely re-wrapped and watertight for its return journey. We recommend using a signed-for service, as proof of sending does not guarantee proof of delivery.
Once your parcel has been received it can take up to 14 days for a refund payment to appear on your bank statement.
