Delivery Information

We offer FREE standard delivery across the UK on all orders.

  • Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).

  • Please note: We don’t usually deliver to Northern Ireland. However, if you're ordering from Northern Ireland and interested in one or more items, please email us at hello@rugsandmore.co.uk before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a delivery quote.

Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love your purchase, but if not, we’ve made returns easy:

Unwanted Items

  • Return within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Returns are at your own cost. We recommend Parcel2Go.com for flexible return options.

  • Ensure the item is securely rolled or packed with the barcode visible, properly wrapped, and watertight.

  • Use a signed-for service, as proof of postage does not guarantee delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Email hello@rugsandmore.co.uk with photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange free collection and offer a replacement, alternative, or full refund.

Cancellations

  • To cancel before dispatch, email hello@rugsandmore.co.uk with your order number.

  • If already dispatched, you’ll need to return the item at your own cost.

Refunds

  • Once received and processed, refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement.
